CAN (Mental Health) Inc offers a variety of peer support services and resources to assist to keep you on the right track.

• Phone Connections is the NATIONAL peer support line for mental health consumers provided by mental health consumers.  Phone Connections operates 4 evenings per week.  Click on the link to learn more about how you can obtain support from the Phone Connections staff.
• Hospital to Home provide practical assistance and peer support to consumers within the first 6 weeks of discharge from 2 Sydney metropolitian psychiatric inpatient units. Click on the link to find out how you can either refer consumers or yourself to receive the Hospital to Home service.
